Hot days like today make me want this !!!
Someone please tell me what happens to all the missing socks??????????????
Now that school is out, I have time to clean out all the things I've been wanting to get to....but just haven't had the time. The worst chore to me is matching all the socks for a family of six. Having four males in the house doesn't make it an easy task. Simply because they like to have boring white socks, each with just a small difference... Whew!!! Not like we females, who like to wear silly, colorful, striped, or fuzzy socks. ( That makes matching much easier though)
I like the feeling of being able to see the bedroom floor...you know, the place where you put everything that doesn't "really" have a place of its own. I am afraid to go into the boys room, but I will go in and help encourage them to let go of all those little creations that they tend to invent...lol !!! It looks like we're going to end up having the dreaded Yard Sale. I like to go to yard sales, but not HAVE a yard sale. (Does anyone else ever just want to put a sign in your back yard saying "FREE Take it All" ?)
But when it comes down to it... I have to say that we are a Blessed nation with lots of stuff!!!
So next time I have to match socks, I will remember that!!!!

I don't like sock matching either!! That is the last thing on my list--every time!!
I actually have a bag full that I can't find matches for (a small bag, but a bag--the washer has to be eating them)
